In the grand scheme of things, our exhibition work has a truly global stage, with clients from all over the world. But it still makes us all warm and fuzzy to work with and support a firm based a stone’s throw from our HQ in Skipton.
Fibrelite, the composite engineering specialists
So on this occasion, we weren’t involved with the install at the exhibition hall. It was more of a traditional repro job, whereby we took the brief, worked through ideas with the client and came up with a great design to fulfil their exhibition needs.
Fibrelite are experts in composite engineering, specialising in lightweight and durable fibre-reinforced plastic with industrial applications like manhole covers and fuelling enclosures. On 13th June, they were at the National Infrastructure Forum 2017, held at ExCeL London.
We produced 5 printed panels on 3mm foamex board, 2360mm high, some at 970mm wide and others at 950mm wide. Whilst we specialise in full-service exhibition stand creation and installation, we also have the expertise for repro work like this with dedicated designers and large-format printing capability on a variety of substrates.
The Fibrelite team just needed to slot the panels into existing frame assemblies at the venue. The graphics highlighted the breadth of potential applications for their composite access covers, and hopefully kickstarted some fruitful conversations at the forum.
