Exhibiting at a conference in a small stand space doesn’t mean you can’t be creative.
A creative approach
Ditch those roller banners and trestle table you’re accustomed to and start looking what you can do to maximise your impact in front of your target audience.
We recently adopted this approach for our 3x2m stand at Cranmore Conference Centre and like many exhibitors on the day we set up and dismantled without using contractors. In our case, we utilised our own installs team. Using the Curve system at a height exclusively offered by Rounded Edge (2.35m), illuminated tower and iPad stand, we created an impactful display that showcased some of our best work through digital presentations on tablet and 32″ screen.
Avoiding the pitfalls
To increase the engagement from visitors to our stand and to demonstrate our approach to stand design we produced a 3d optical floor using digital floor vinyl and illustration. This effect gave visitors the feeling that the floor had dropped away and tied into our key message ‘Helping you to avoid the pitfalls…’. The whole display including flooring could be easily dismantled and packed into a small family car.
Rounded Edge has managed design, display and exhibition requirements since 2008 and unlike many other agencies we’re proud to offer in-house printing and manufacturing, giving us complete control of any project we undertake. If you would like us to show you how we can add value to your exhibitions and help increase the number of visitors to your stand get in touch.
