Our regular exhibition haunts
Deck the halls
Our clients attend events of all shapes and sizes across the UK and occasionally overseas. More often than not, we're there with them to install their exhibition stand before the show and break it down afterwards.
Of the hundreds of venues we visit, some of the larger ones crop up regularly in our event calendar. As a result, we get to know them really well; their ease of access, their quirky parking regulations, their build windows, their facilities, their outrageous leasing charges for WiFi and electrics.
So this is very much part of our story too. If you have an event coming up at one of these venues, maybe it will be useful to browse the experiences and insights of those who've already decked their halls.
Roll call
Exhibition venues are functional spaces, but that doesn't mean they are all utilitarian shoe boxes with no character. As exhibitors, you will rarely get a choice of venue. The size and location of your exhibition space within the venue is a question of budget and ambition for the show, as well as the build window timings for your install and break down.
